Three numbers decide whether a chain fits

Pitch

Distance across three rivets, divided by two. It's stamped on the bar: 3/8" LP, .325", 1/4".

Gauge

Thickness of the drive link that rides in the bar groove: .043", .050" or .058".

03

Drive links

Count the drive links on your old chain. The number has to match exactly.
