What this is

Two replacement chains for EGO’s 56V 20” chainsaw, the CS2000 (bare tool) and CS2005 (kit with battery and charger). EGO’s manual and its AC2005 chain page give the size: 20”, 3/8” low-profile pitch, .050” gauge, 69 drive links, on bar AG2005. This pack is the same size.

Get the link count right

The odd link count is the thing to get right. Many 20” chains for other saws have more links, and even one extra link means the chain won’t tension properly on the CS2000 bar. Count the links on your old chain if you’re not sure which you have.

Fitting it

The CS2000 uses a chain-tensioning bolt rather than a tool-free knob. EGO names AC2005 as the only chain it recommends for the saw, allows only low-kickback chains, and restricts the saw to its AG2005 bar.
