What this is
Two replacement chains for Husqvarna’s Power Axe 350i battery chainsaw, sold as tool only (970 60 12-01) or as a kit with battery and charger (970 60 12-02). Husqvarna’s own chain for it is the 18” X-CUT S93G, part 597 46 95-62. This pack is the same size: 18”, 3/8” mini pitch, .050” gauge, 62 drive links.
Not the same as Husqvarna’s gas-saw chain
Husqvarna’s gas saws with an 18” bar — the 435, 440, 445, 450, 545 Mark II and 550 XP Mark II — use a different chain, the X-CUT SP33G. It is .325” pitch with 72 drive links and won’t fit the 350i’s bar or sprocket. If you have a 350i, count the drive links on the old chain: it should be 62.
Fitting it
The 350i tensions the chain without tools, using a wing nut and tensioning wheel, and Husqvarna approves only the 18” bar for it. Its manual says S93G is the low-kickback chain the saw was certified with and recommends using only the listed bar and chain combination.
